The Firm is well versed with the laws relating to real estate, project inception & development, mortgages, acquisitions and leasing. The Firm provides comprehensive services to its clients in this sector which, inter-alia, includes drafting and registration of requisite documentation, advising on the legalities of land acquisition, use and development, project guidance and consultancy, mutation, Due-Diligence, title search, documentation history, conversion, grant of licenses, permissions and liasoning with various departments.
