The Law Firm, H.K.J. & Associates, was founded by Mr. H.K. Jaggi, Advocate, in the year 1990 with an objective to provide comprehensive legal services to its clients. The Firm aims at giving the best legal advisory/consultancy and litigation services to its corporate clients.

The team at the Firm comprises of enthusiastic, experienced and bright law professionals committed and dedicated to provide highly skilled, accurate, productive, well-researched, practical and cost effective legal services to its valued clients. The team is headed by Mr. H.K. Jaggi, having an experience of around 35 years in this field.

H.K.J. & Associates has emerged to be the pioneers in Real Estate and property matters catering to the legal needs of leading Real Estate companies, construction houses, builders & developers. The Firm specializes in providing legal consultancy and solicitation services for a whole range of property transactions to its clients in this sector.

The Real Estate services include drafting and conveyance of all sorts of deeds, documents, agreements of property and registration of the same, Due-diligence of properties, title search, mutation, project guidance and consultancy, assistance in procurement of land, licenses, conversion, sanctions, and liasoning with various departments.

We have a rich experience in conduction due-diligence for clients and have successfully conducted the same of more than 1,00,000 Acres of land and for more than 50,000 properties across India.

Th Firm has a separate group for handling litigation matters, civil, criminal and commercial, for its clients. The litigation group handles matters both on the original and appellate jurisdiction. The Firm is also proficient in undertaking dispute management, arbitration and mediation proceedings. We undertake legal matters in all courts.
