Mr. Gaurav Jaggi heads the real estate practice in the Firm (H.K.J. & Associates, Advocates). He has an experience close to 20 years in advising on all aspects of corporate real estate law including RERA, including cross-border real estate transactions, real estate investment banking, real estate transaction finance, joint ventures and project development and, in particular, the areas of general real estate and project finance (including mortgage-based financing, leasing, etc.); structuring of real property of holding companies (SPVs), joint ventures, project development companies, etc.; commercial lease agreements and facility management agreements.
